I spent my memorial day at the movies, I would spend everyday at the moves if I could, well i took my son to see Epic. Epic :
“tells the story of an ongoing battle deep in the forest between the forces of good and the forces of evil. When a teen age girl finds herself magically transported into this secret universe, she must band together with a rag-tag team of fun and whimsical characters in order to save their world… and ours.”
The movie I thought was very good and magical especially the way the movie start, it starts off kind of in a scientific way, with how the ecosystem works with growth and decay ( sorry the science geek in me came out a little). It was great to see how little creatures in this world like bugs, bird and etc. see us big humans and also the battle that goes on that humans don’t even know or care about, also there was a great cast of people, Beyonce who played queen Tara and mr. Christoph Waltz who played the aweful villian. There are so many, many, many funny moment in this movies, which makes it a great children’s movie. So go check it out.

For we do not have a high priest who is unable to empathize with our weaknesses, but we have one who has been tempted in every way, just as we are—yet he did not sin. (Hebrews 4:15 NIV)

Nominees for Versatile Blogger Award
Yes I have writing fever it seem like this whole weekend, my brain has been filled with ideas for movie, tv shows, plays, there are so many ideas I feel like my head is going to explode, but I am so thankful and grateful to god for filling my head, and giving me such a vivid imagination. I. Was watching Oprah next chapter Sunday and Tyler perry was her guest, he talke about his journey to where he is now and I found his story so compelling and convicting. He grew up in poverty and he was supposed to not make it past 30 years old I see how god blessed him with so many things. What i got from it was to dream BIG, put in all the work, and no matter how many doors close on you, all you need is one open door to make it. So I was very encouraged to keep going after my dreams no matter how hard or rough it gets. So keep
Love, peace, write,
But I will sing of your strength, in the morning I will sing of your love; for you are my fortress, my refuge in times of trouble. (Psalm 59:16 NIV)
Psalm 124:1-8 NIV
If the Lord had not been on our side—
let Israel say— if the Lord had not been on our side
when people attacked us, they would have swallowed us alive
when their anger flared against us; the flood would have engulfed us,
the torrent would have swept over us, the raging waters
would have swept us away. Praise be to the Lord ,
who has not let us be torn by their teeth. We have escaped like a bird
from the fowler’s snare;
the snare has been broken,
and we have escaped. Our help is in the name of the Lord ,
the Maker of heaven and earth.
“I get to say the think that all writers must tell themselves to start writing—which is nobody has to see this thing. I can throw it away. I’m alone with it. No one has to know what an idiot I really am. And I can burn it. And if it don’t work, if it really sucks, I can pretend that it never really happened. “
