Results!!!!!

THESE ARE THE BOMB!!!!!!

I loooooovvvvveee these she’s, they are called Vibram five fingers and they are not like any other running and training shoe. First of one huge difference is that the five finger have minimal cushion at the bottom of the shoe to mimic running or working out barefooted while still having support on the bottom. Also it has for each toe to fit in and is very comfortable for just regular walking and everyday activities. I have to admit it is an adjustment from traditional shoes it takes a while I’m still adjusting but I think it will benefit me in the long run.

How I twist out!!!!!!!!!

A lot of people come up to me and ask me how I get my like this:

Well for those natural girls out there who read my blog or if you know some one who is natural. This is how I do( in my Montell Jordan voice)

First I wash my hair with Shea Moisture Shampoo

After my hair is all clean I then I condition my hair with Aussie Moist, which I usually leave on for about 10 minutes it softens my hair to the point where I can run my fingers smoothly through my hair and I also love it because it’s cheap.

After I wash out the conditioner I let it air dry it for a while

Next, I section my hair in four sections to detangle my hair. While I do that I put Shea moisture Curl enhancing Smoothie on the section I’m working on twist it in to a big twist that repeat for the other sections.  After I have detangled my hair I start at the back and start making smaller twist while twisting I put Garnier Fructis Marvelous Oil on my end to smooth them as I twist. Ive this oil should I says serum because it’s really light when it dries and it help with frizz. for me it doesn’t totally get rid of the frizz but it really helps.

After I have twisted all my hair I let it air dry and sleep with the twist in and take them out in the morning.

I was on Pinterest a couple of months ago and I discovered this neat idea to send my son email of pictures, advice when he grows up, random stories about him and more and I think it’s great so when he grows up he has all the pictures, some advice and all the memories that he can imagine.

I’m Hooked!!!!!!!!

I don’t know why as a 29 year old woman why I love reading  Young adult books, like Hunger Games Series, I guess I like reading about this fantasy world or whatever. But my current book addiction is the Divergent series I am currently on the final book Allegiant, for those who don’t know, Divergent is about a world and a society that is based on factions, and each faction has a particular character trait like Candor is honesty, Dauntless brave, Abnegation is selfless,Erudite is Intelligent, and Amity is Peaceful, well the story follows Beatrix Prior who is 16 years old and her view of taking her aptitude test, and her choosing a Factions, well as the series goes along there are alot of good twists and turns that make you love the series. At first I thought it was very weird reading a book for teenagers but now I just don’t care.
